Over the years, I worked with strategy, finance, leadership and transformation.
I saw the same pattern again and again.
The problem was rarely the strategy.
It was how people thought, interacted and made decisions together.

At the same time, I started building something physical.
A place.
To create space for thinking.

What began as a project became a 15-year journey.
Every detail was designed and built with intention.
Materials, light, structure, atmosphere.
Everything with one purpose:
To create an environment where people can think more clearly.
